Massage Rollers - For Professionals

In a clinical setting, the Massage Roller can be very effective on both large and small muscle groups. Use the Roller with stroking or stripping techniques on large muscles, either superficially or deep, as with the 6th and 7th layers of the spinal para-vertebal musculature. The Omni Roller is excellent for moving fluid congestion in and around muscle trigger points.

The Massage Roller is also perfect for general fascial release as well as specific muscle work. For smaller muscle groups such as with the hands, feet and face, the Omni Massage Power Roller works really well as a pressure point tool.

Small circular motions combined with good deep pressure seem to work well with all muscle groups. You can actually feel, through the ball, what is going on below the surface.

Just like driving your car over a 'speed bump', you can feel the change in consistency of the muscle tissue thereby locating and identifying certain restrictions, trigger points and facial problems. The Omni Massage Roller can remove knots in muscles with less pain and more speed than fingers. The use of oils or creams with the Omni Roller gives added therapeutic value to the treatment and we recommend that you apply the oil or cream directly on the skin and then use the roller to complete the therapy.
