CANCELLATIONS:

If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) Before dispatch
You can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you for a full refund, or

(b) After Dispatch
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for the value of the returned goods (this excludes shipping and handling charges). Upon receipt of the returned goods by us in satisfactory condition we will issue your refund or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause b will not apply in the event that the product has been used.

ADDITIONAL 90 DAY MAGNETIC MONEY BACK BOND

In addition to reassure you on the performance of our magnetic therapy range, we offer a 90 day magnetic money back bond. If you are not completely satisified with the performance of your magnetic product simply send it back to us within 90 days of puchase, with proof of purchase, stating the reason for return. On receipt, we will return your money less a 15% administration charge. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

SPECIAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON CRYSTAL DEODORANT
We understand if you have not tried crystal deodorant before you may be sceptical about it's effectiveness. Try it for up to 7 days following receipt in accordance with the instructions and find it has not got the results you expected, just send your order back in original protective packaging with your invoice as proof of purchase and on receipt we will refund you 100% of the product purchase price.

This offer is only valid on orders of a single crystal deodorant - starter size (excludes green saver option).

12 MONTH WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE:

If at any time up to 12 months after purchase, you are disappointed with your product due to faulty workmanship. Just send it back to us with proof of purchase explaining the fault. On receipt, if we find the fault has not been caused by mistreatment we will repair or replace immediately.
Where we agree the product may be faulty and we no longer stock that item. We give you the choice of an exchange credit or your money back.

REFUNDS ON ITEMS PURCHASED IN SPECIAL OFFERS

Special offer items returned and accepted for refund will have the value of its associated special offer (at time of purchase) deducted from the refund.

FURTHER POINTS ON RETURNS

Ensure you enclose your invoice or proof of purchase.

Proof of posting of any returns does not constitute proof of delivery (we advise you to return by Royal Mail recorded delivery).

The costs of returning any goods to us shall be borne by you (except in the case of faulty workmanship).

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

This service delivers the day after dispatch and is best for urgent light packages or urgent packages to the Channel Isles.

COURIER SERVICE

Deliveries to mainland UK (excl. IV/KW postcodes) are cheapest by our day after dispatch courier service if over 2.25kg.

UK offshore & KW/IV postcodes (excl. Channel Isles) 3 day service is cheapest for parcels over 8kg
